Registered Customers and Membership
Membership in our VIP Member program is free-of-charge. The information you enter in your VIP Member registration will only remain in our database as long as your membership is active. This information will be deleted if your account remains inactive for a long period of time. Information from EuroFlorist will only be sent to members who have registered that they would like to receive newsletters and information from us.
Your password is personal and you are responsible for its safekeeping. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the order page and we will send your password to the email address you provided in your VIP Member account application.
Payment by Invoice as Private Customer
Once you have registered as a VIP Member, you can apply to be invoiced for payment. To be approved for payment by invoice, we will conduct a credit check when you make your first purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this payment service. If you are approved, this option will appear automatically on the order page when you log into your VIP Member account to place an order. When the recipient has received your gift, an invoice will be sent to you by mail. The payment terms for invoices are 10 days.
