Your personal data belongs to you. You share your information with Euroflorist because you would like to order an item. But we imagine that you would like to know why we need to use your personal data and how we process it. We want to tell you that.

1. Data

Euroflorist only uses the data you give us. This may be in connection with ordering a product or service.

We use the following information:

- Name and address of sender and recipient

- Phone number

- Payment Address

- Email address

- Payment information

- IP address.

As you probably understand, we need information about the delivery address so that we can deliver your order to the person you want to surprise.

You can also choose to create a customer account. In addition to your personal data, we also store the username you have chosen. That way, you don't have to enter your information every time you order. You can also change and adapt settings yourself when you are logged in.

The personal data that you submit to Euroflorist in connection with an order via our website euroflorist.dk is processed by us so that we can complete your order as well as for our invoicing and bookkeeping. When you place an order, we process the information you provide yourself, but we also register the IP number from which the order was placed. We then share the recipient's contact details (name, phone number and postal address) with one of our associated florists who will deliver your order. The florist also receives your name and telephone number so that the florist can contact you regarding the delivery if necessary. We also use your personal data for our own marketing, but we never sell your or the recipient's data to third parties.

2. Security

We protect the information you give us with the most advanced technology, so that no unauthorized person has access to it. Should it be necessary to share the information with third parties (read why here), we require the company to process your information as securely as we do and for the purpose it is intended for.

3. Retention period

We store personal data for as long as is necessary to process your order and then we store it for our own use for a maximum of two years (read more here). After this, the personal data will be deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period of time for legal reasons. For example, the law requires us to store payment information for seven years.

4. Purpose

We use the data you provide us for various purposes:
